MY Broadband Corporation is an independent internet and network consultancy in Petaling Jaya. Since 2003 we've helped businesses across the Klang Valley fix connectivity problems — slow lines, dropouts, backup, dedicated internet, cost, and office networks — without being tied to any provider.

Common questions
Do you sell internet plans or lock me to one provider?
No. We're independent — we don't resell any carrier's plans. We diagnose the real problem, then recommend and set up whatever connection or fix is genuinely right for you, with no hidden agenda.
Which areas do you cover?
We provide on-site service across the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor), and remote diagnosis, advice and support anywhere in Malaysia.
Do you help small offices and homes, or only big companies?
We're business-led, but we take home and small-office enquiries too. If your internet is slow, dropping, or costing too much, we can help.
How quickly can you help?
It depends on the problem. The fastest way to get moving is WhatsApp — send us what's happening and we'll tell you how we'd diagnose it. We won't promise a fixed response time we can't keep.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the problem and your setup, so we assess first and then quote — there's no obligation, and no charge to work out what you need.
Are you tied to TM, Maxis, TIME or any other telco?
No. We work across providers and recommend based on what fits your needs and budget — being independent is the whole point.
